Unauthorised debit orders / pathetic service

on the 22nd Feb 2020 I had checked my account balance and I was shocked to see the amount that Vodacom has charged me on my contract for services I did not authorize. when I called Vodacom on the 22/02/2020 they informed me it is for contents services. I have call numerous time to get this sorted out and requested that they adjust my debit order or refund me in my bank account, which has not been done to date. There is always a different customer service agent whom I need to constantly repeat my story. I will not accept such pathetic service as I'm a loyal customer.
