Unauthorised debit orders and *****ulent online account
I would like to share how Vodacom allows anyone to open an account online without any sort of verification and now I am sitting with debit orders that affect my other accounts. Vodacom is unable to assist me while my debit orders bounce back. I opened a case with SAPS but nothing. MTN managed to assist me in a day.
