Unauthorised debit order

I had a contract with vodacom, and when my contract expired I did not renew it, so I guess because people are given targets in their workplace an agent who assisted me issued a policy of R7. 00 without me being informed or made aware.. So to my suprise I was try to make a purchase for something and my application was declined as they said my account with vodacom is not up to date, as is in arrears for R7. 00..I have been calling and calling, sending emails and I do not get assistance.. Agent by the name of Samekilisiwe said to me she can't cancel it. Imagine now who must cancel the policy that I did not even give consent for and its affecting my life now..

This is unauthorised debit order, and I do not understand why I can't be assisted with cancellation

I do not want this cover for R7. 00..people must be aware and no that it is not safe for them to do online applications with vodacom as their agent pushes for targets and they do not care about after sales service
