Unauthorised debit order

I do not have a contract or any vodacom number but from January 2023, a debit order went off reference being vodacom. I Reversed and stopped it. On the 31st of January 2023 another debit order went through again. When I call their customer service they say they cannot tell me where the contract was done... Now I must go around like a headless chicken to try sort something i do not even know. I am not a vodacom customer and never will worse now they have showed that they are *********.
