Unauthorised debit order
After being on a business contract with Vodacom since 2016 and my account being paid on time every month, all of a sudden my bank account is just debited with a debit order on 2 November- AFTER THE INVOICE WAS PAID ON THE 29TH OF OCTOBER WHEN IT IS ONLY DUE 31 OCT - without my permission.

24 Nov 2021, 17:27So Vodacom's response - the website team who picked up this query sent it to the wrong department, so now i must cancel a debit order that i didnt authorise? So they are allowed to just start debiting accounts 5 years after inception and nothing happens to them? I want to speak to someone senior and i will be reporting this to the POPI regulator because where did Vodacom get authorisation to debit my account. I DID NOT SIGN A DEBIT ORDER.
