Unauthorised debit order

After wasting 2 hours of my day on Friday with Vodacom attempting to fix their error in my invoice, they still went ahead and took R1612.10 out of my account *******ly. This is theft! They have billed me for my December subscription twice - once on my November statement and once on my December statement. Therefore my December statement has a billing on for December and January which is clearly a double billing to anybody with at least 1 brain cell that had to look at it. As it is, the subscription amount is not the same on the 2 invoices which I do not undestand. How can the exact same subscription for the exact same month cost different amounts on 2 seperate invoices?? I attempted to contact them AGAIN yesterday and was told the reference number given to me on Friday had not been looked at and it would take 2 weeks to investigate. Vodacom, you have my money and owe me interest on that money that you had NO RIGHT to TAKE out of my account. It is very convenient for you to have an auto reply from a Hello Peter review saying my query will be looked at. LOOK AT IT!! If your staff are *********** you need to arrange training and stop making those problems your clients problems. While you are at it, maybe do a customer service training course as well. Rectify the situation with a dash of speed, you owe me R1.33 interest per day that you have my money which does not belong to you!!!
