Unauthorised debit order!!
I will keep on writing everyday for the next 14 days after which I will send my complaint to ICASA, you had no right to debit my account.
Debit order date was set on 20th of every month who gave you the right to debit on 24th???
And still no feedback how long do you take to investigate!

23 Jan 2019, 08:23I would really like to see where you called since there was no missed call on my husbands phone, and if you called you did not even leave a message!!! POOR SERVICE from Vodacom we did call only to be told that someone would call back!! that was last week we are still waiting (what happened to the investigation????) SHOCKING SERVICE - THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. I do have to say that since you took the time you say to contact me is that because I am going to ICASA??? and trust me that is where I am going I am going to lay a complaint - you are welcome to respond in writing about your investigation (***) if you can not get ahold of him on his phone.
