Unauthorised debit order
It seems like vodacom does not use NCR regulations accordingly since it violates most of them like POPIA.Section 9.1 states of such ********* acts of conduct that to this clientele based company is just biased.
Who consigned Vodacom to debit my account?
I have been sent from pillar to post,your services are really bad very bad. EC-1EHP-2NN37A K***
Vodacom went into my accout and deducted money and to date they have not explained to me why did they debit my money without my consent.
I have escalated via hello peter but it kept on closing the tickets with any assistance.
