Unauthorised debit for Entertainment services

Vodafone live + Entertainment services billing disaster I have been using Vodacom for many years now, In June 2018 an item appeared on my bill called 'Content Services' / 'Vodafone Live ' for R 139.28. this went by unnoticed has since been debited since then

July - R127.10 August - R 127.89 September - R127.89

I never requested them to activate this subscription, it apparently was for 4 games. i have never played any games or subscribed knowingly to this.

I want proof that i subscribed and used any content.

I am demanding a full refund of R522.16.
