Unauthorised Debit Amount
In May 2023, I opened a contract account with Vodacom where I’m supposed to be paying R1453.99 per month including insurance, and then I was called in July for a migration promotion and was told my installation will only increased by R40 to my surprises vodacom is now debiting R2018.00. And I don’t understand why can I get answers on why my account is devoted so much money and why did the agent lie to say with the migration promotion my installment will only increase by R40 with more airtime.😡
