Unauthorised data charges
I have discovered i have been charged for a data bundle for more than 40 months(without my consent), for which i have escalated and have been pushed from pillar to post by various people that claim they are handling it and will email or call to which they don't do. worst provider for support in resolving issues raised. Be careful when upgrading or taking out new contracts.that you are made fully aware of what you are being charged for.

15 Apr 2026, 11:08This issue is still on going with no response everyone that says they will revert does not. its been three months since i logged the issue and all i get is pushed from pillar to post and no one at Vodacom is taking this issue seriously. they do not give their direct work email addresses so that followups can be done. they only give their first names, they don't not have direct work contact numbers. they do not log discussions had which all points to either they are not doing their jobs or this is a company policy to frustrate clients in the hope they drop matters. most infuriating company to deal with.
