Unauthorised contract and minutes added.

Billed for a contract and minutes I didn't ask for. They are forcing the contract down my throat and forcing me to pay for services that they had cancel. Are they now making money by adding services that a client never asked for and say after paying the amount they will remove them. Does it mean this is how they now operate.
