Unauthorised blacklisting of my 4 month old iPhone 6 (contract phone)

My phone was erroneously BLACKLISTED by Vodacom while I was sitting having my birthday dinner with friends sharing pictures on social media. It suddenly lost connection at approximately 18:02 on 05 May 2018. After making countless calls to the Customer Care line and being advised to reboot, manually fetch the connection and what not, nothing helped. I then went to Vodacom in Canal Walk Lower Level where I got the phone and they advised me it might be a faulty simcard and that I would need to do a simswop, I did that and still no luck. Two days letter I went to a Vodacom store in Tygervalley Centre where a technician advised me that my phone had been blacklisted! Mind you I had never not been in possession of my phone, never lost it, never reported it as missing! He told me I would need to go top a police station and get an affidavit stating that I never authorised for my phone to be blacklited - which I did. I sent this through to the blacklisting team together with a form I had to fill in for Un-blocklisting a phone. That was Monday 7 May at approximately 20:00. Fast forward 9 days later I have not had a response from ANYONE, all I received was an automated repy saying they will get back to me within 48 hrs. It is now 216hours later and I still do not have a functioning phone. All the store could confirm was that it was probably a slip of a finger error by the person blacklisting a person's ****** phone. They might have missed a digit and the incorrect IMEI number they blacklisted happened to be mine! How ridiculous is this. I have been so inconvenienced, having to drive from my house to Canal Walk, pay for parking everytime and still not get any joy. All I want is a working phone! my phone is hardly months old and if the store cannot fix the problem then I want them to issue me with a new phone because I am still paying subscription on my contract. This is shocking customer service and an inconvenience to a customer who has had a Vodacom contract for more than 12 years!
