Unauthorised billing for services

I have noticed that at least since August 2014 I have been charged for \Content Services"on my Vodacom data account. I was under the impression that I have used more than the 3Gig data package which I subscribed to and that is why the charge was on the invoice. I have not been using this Vodacom service as I have switched to a different service provider for my internet needs"
