Unauthorised billing

For Oct I queried my cellphone that was billed with R115.11 for content services. I call the call center and apparently this is for a subscription to the internet at R5 per day for Sonxxie.( I dont even know what that means.)<br> They could not give me more info. I have not subscribed to anything via sms or received confirmation that i have subscribed to anything. I never open links on my cell phone but delete them immediately.<br> <br> I would like this money to be refunded to me. The call center did deactivate this service and i received confirmation of that
