unathorized credit enquiry
Vodacom conducted a credit enquiry against me without me ever approaching them for credit. when i call to find out the agent says he doesnt know it was done online but i didnt give consent for them to do that and that is a violation because why do they have my personal and why are they conducting credit enquiries without my consent
