Unathorised debit orders - Deactivated numbers

My contracts were transferred from Nashua mobile to Vodacom last year ( 2014) Oct/ Nov. My debit order date at Nashua mobile was on the 20th of every month but Vodacom changed my debit order dates without my consent. As a result there were no payments received by Vodacom as there were no funds in my account on the dates Vodacom tried debiting my account. I was charged unpaid fees by the bank which I need Vodacom to pay back as the debit order date was not authorised by me. There is also a 1Gig bundle I had requested to be cancelled by Vodacom which was not cancelled but still added to my bill. My contract numbers are now deactivated and account handed over to Pre-legal. On the 7th of May 2014 I spoke to a supervisor in the contact centre by the name of Maitumetsi , who was supposed to retrieve a call where I had requested for the 1Gig bundle to be cancelled so that credits can be passed. She promised to call me back on Monday the 11th May 2015 but to this day I have not received any feedback from Vodacom. I have been dealing with Vodacom since December trying to resolve this issue. The consultants promise to phone back but they never do.
