Unathorised debit

I have a airtime contract with Vodacom and for the past three months I have been converting my airtime into data.

Vodacom took it upon themselves to give me an "extra 1 gig" and then just automatically charge me for it.

on the self service u choose the option to buy data and wanting data for 30days, thats what I chose, now Vodacom chooses to give me that "extra 1 gig" which I also do not know where it goes to because I do not surf the web that much which is why I dont want a data card.

You have no right to decide on my behalf that I need an extra 1 gig unless YOU are going to pay for it.!!!!

In my mind this constitutes an ******** because you cannot give a customer something without notifying them that you are giving it and also that you will be charging them for it. Yes I received no communication of that sort from Vodacom!

I am finish with Vodacom!!!!

I will rather stick to a network provider who does not decide on my behalf and just goes ahead and debit my bank account as they see fit!
