Unannounced data price hike
What a nice pre-Christmas gift: an almost 7% increase in data tariffs on 250MB prepaid data for 30 days!! Up from R59 to R63 - not communicated at all to the public; even the Vodacom website still misleadingly advertises R59 for 250MB. With talk around of significant decreases in SA data costs, this is perhaps a good time to rethink service providers who mislead 'valued' customers.
