Unallocated Checkers payment - EC-28VO-1PEWTE

Made a payment to Vodacom account manually with reference I***-4 at Checkers when my debit order failed. Now because your Finance Department has not allocated the funds you have decided to block my outgoing calls and data. Now i have to make another payment just so I can activate my calls again. Please terminate my Vodacom data and airtime contract immediately!!! i no longer want this contract
