Unacceptable service\service failure

After being informed that I am qualifying for a cellphone contract upgrade I went to the Centurion Vodacom shop (VSC) to upgrade.

An hour into my consultation with a trainee, I was informed that I am required to undergo a sim swop. I was informed that my existing simcard will be deactivated and my new sim would be activated at 18:00 on Thursday 5 October 2017. My existing simcard was deactivated at 07:00 the next morning however; my new sim was not activated. After word on Friday 6 October, I went back to the Vodacom shop and was informed that it is the wrong sim that was indicated to me to insert. I need to insert the prepaid sim that was given on promotion with another phone.

I went home and did this , only to find that the sim is still not activated.

So, I went back on Saturday 7 October to the same shop. I explained my situation and was told that the sim is faulty. They phoned head office to change the sim to a new sim and was told to escalate the case to another office. They send an in store e mail and said they will phone me regarding feedback. I never heard of them since. Today is Sunday 8 October.... I am not online.

This is totally unacceptable and I am a professional the****** this service failure will result in a personal risk of unprofessional behavior.

This is required to be corrected immediately.

Unacceptable, Service failure on service failure. What on earth is going-on on my wife Cellular bill. Vodacom overcharge her for your service failures that led to the redo of all the steps. This is not correct and need to be corrected immediately. She cannot surely not be responsible for error on Vodacom side. This is required to be correct immediately. Regards Johann Etsebeth
