Unacceptable service from Vodacom
The reception in the Kommetjie, Western Cape has been non existent for 3 days. Upon reporting the fault, I was given a reference number, told if nobody has contacted me within 3 days, I must call again. We are a business, therefore losing money when our clients cannot reach us. That is unacceptable in this day and age of modern technology, Vodacom should have systems in place that can warn them when reception breaks down in certain areas.

08 Oct 2019, 12:09Thank you and confirming that I was contacted by Nombulelo. He was kind and solved my problem. Strange problem though, it was a setting on my phone that needed to be changed. Most odd though, my colleague (in the same office) had exactly the same concern, and only in Kommetjie, is that just coincidence ...... or is it some sinister person / company that remotely interfere with phones?
