Unacceptable service

I purchased a Kaizer Chiefs tshirt from the Vodabucks store on the 14 January. On the 15th Jan I received a confirmation sms from Digital Planet. I called them today to be told that Vodacom has cancelled all orders as they are out of stock. I emailed Vodacom Hi ***** Unfortunately due to stock availability this order, this order will be cancelled and points returned. Please check with Vodacom rewards team, should you require more information. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Regards

This is completely unacceptable and the service is terrible. I have been a vodacom customer for over 15 years and will be changing my service provider if this does not get resolved.
