Unacceptable service
On the 1st of May 2015 I went to upgrade my contract at Vodacom Killarney. I upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. Out the box the things camera sensor was broken (terrible photos), the battery was using 6x the amount my hubby's Note uses on the same settings, the heart rate monitor sensor and the finger print sensor was all not working properly/only intermittently. I then take the phone back on Saturday 4th May because the Friday was a public holiday. They then have to send the phone to be checked at head office before they can give me a new one even though the tech guy could see it was not working out the box.

It is now the 14th and I still do not have my new phone. I have heard no feedback except when I phoned them. It is standard in SA that if a product is faulty in the first 7 days you get a new one. Now I am paying for a phone I don't even have and I get attitude from Vodacom when I try find out what's happening. To top this all off, I see they charged me twice for the admin fee of R150. Unacceptable and I will never recommend or upgrade with Vodacom again.
