Unacceptable service

After someone that works with the Hello Peter complaints contact me to try and resolve the problem, I was told that Vodacom will contact me in the morning to resolve the problem, again no one phoned me still I am waiting for my phone that on numerous ocasions they were told it is urgent I am a sales rep I need a phone asap. It has now been 4 days and no response from anyone, it realy looks like no one at vodacom actauly cares about customer service.Shame n you Vodacom
