Unacceptable Service

I need to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received, which has been nothing short of unacceptable. When I first contacted the call center about *****ulent charges on my account, I was directed to a branch associated with the *****, only to be told to resolve it myself. This is completely unacceptable. I then reached out to a call center in Port Elizabeth, where I was promised that the ***** issue would be resolved. However, after sending multiple emails, I received no follow-up or action from their side.

What should have been a simple resolution has spiraled into a major problem, and it has now been nearly a year without any resolution. I have repeatedly explained my situation to countless representatives, and it is utterly ridiculous that each month I continue to see unauthorized charges on my account.

There is a clear failure in their system, as the two platforms they use do not communicate with each other, causing further complications. Despite having a ***** case opened, there has been no movement on that front either. At this point, I am done with Vodacom. Their lack of effective customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly advise others to think twice before choosing them.

It has now been 5 days since I logged my complaint, and I have yet to receive any feedback or contact from Vodacom. I reached out again today, but once more, I was met with the excuse that it's a public holiday. This ongoing lack of communication is unacceptable. It is frustrating to continually have to chase Vodacom for assistance.

I am extremely frustrated with the service I have received! Despite Vodacom confirming that my situation is a case of ***** and assuring me that they would resolve the issue, I am receiving calls from them twice a day demanding payment. It seems to me that they either do not understand their own systems or lack effective processes to handle such cases. To add to my frustration, they have even disconnected my line, which is fully paid. I find this treatment unacceptable and indicative of poor customer service. How can a company expect to retain customers when they handle situations like this?
