Unacceptable service

Since my contract moved from Autopage to Vodacom, I've had nothing but trouble. First month Vodacom had to debit my account, a double debit was done. I disputed this debit order with my bank and went instore to rectify the matter. I wanted to put another contract I use onto my own name, but because of the "debit order bouncing back", it was denied. Now, on my contract that Vodacom took over, my data limit I've had set with Autopage over a year ago has dissapeared into thin air, and I get slammed with a rediculious bill. I think this is very unfair and *********, because how is a person supposed to know the limit block service has been deactivated? I want answers. Thanks.
