Unacceptable Service!!!
I AM ABSOLUTELY APPALLED BY YOUR "SERVICE"
I have been a vodacom client for over 20 years and I am done !
I have reported an ongoing issue with my contract for 3 months - I have lost clients and that means a huge loss of income!
This issue was reported at the call centre 3/4 times, in store twice and on twitter numerous times.
I have even gone to another service provider to see if I can move all 3 of my accounts
This is the worst service I have ever received
