unacceptable! money making service. *****ing

<p>To whom this may concern</p> <p>I find your service unacceptable, how can one person pay +- R4000 every month on a account?</p> <p>My fiance upgraded to the red package which is basically a set contract and mine is R500 a month top up, we payed R3800 last month and now again R3000 for this month. We have asked for statements numerous times but we always just get a reference number to follow up on our queries. I feel this is *****ing form your clients as we cannot afford to pay this on a monthly basis. We have been clients of yours for a very long time and now we are getting this kind treatment. we have paid since last year December till now July around 20 000 rands which is completley and uttely upsetting as we cannot even budget for our personal use because Vodacom is taking our money. We have phoned in million times regarding this and there is just no one getting back to us. You guys are becoming junk in your clients eyes and I will take legal action against Vodacom if this matter and our monies isnot paid back to us by end of month. I am not one to pull names through mud or bring down any company but this is taking it to the next level. With the economy in South Africa no one can afford to pay this for absolutley no good reason.</p>
