Unacceptable Feedback Missing Minutes
So today I get feedback stating that I forfeited the minutes due to migration taking place on my account. according to the feedback my old contract expired on the 30th September and the new contract started on the same day.
Now a couple of things stands out.
1. My old contract end date was 21st September 2017 as confirmed by a call to the call center in either August or early September. I was advised that all "Free minutes and Data" will be forfeited on 21 September 2017. Vodacom can and must confirm this on their recordings. My new contract expires on the 20th September 2019 as per picture attached?????????
2. A 400 minute call bundle was purchased/bought/monetary transaction took place by me on the 26th September for MY NEW TOP UP CONTRACT. How can I forfeit something that I paid for??????? And that was bought AFTER my contract expired and my new Package was active? 3. Vodacom can contact me on +***93 to resolve this issue alternatively I will be back in SA 14th October and arrangements can be made for me to drop off the handset and cancel the contract at a Vodacom shop?
