Unacceptable Empty Promises

I received my handset during the first month of July and it was delivered without a simcard. I called customer care and was told to buy the simcard myself and send it to their accounts department and they will refund me. The refund would be 1G of data according the different people I spoke to at customer care. My last call was with a team leader with the name called Tazz who sounded like a coloured guy. I explained with anger that I was tired of these empty promises and explained to him my situation. He said that, due to the incovenience that I had been through with Vodacom, he will give me 1G of data for three months. I asked him when I will start receiving it, and he said it could be anytime form the day of our conversation. I've checked everyday for the first week, but received nothing. Being totally exausted of complaining at customer service, I've decided to refrain from complaining for one month and call again shouldn't I received anything. Approximately one month from my last call, I've just called in again and spoke to another team leader, Olwethu, who promised to listen to the calls and might call me back around 2pm today. She also confirmed that no notes was made on my account, hence the reason for her listening to the calls. With my call centre experience, I can't believe that you liaise with a cient and not leaving a note explaining the reason for the call! It means that no one ever tried to help me, despite the time and effort I put in to call in with a complaint. Consultants are not doing their jobs at all. This is very irresponsible of Vodacom and unacceptable. I can't believe that I'm still calling with the same complaint after speaking to several consultants for two months. It's clear that no one wants to reslove my complaint. Vodacom you owe me. I'm tired of these empty promises. The service is poor and totally pathetic. I had it with this network and will complain on every media platform, which was something I've promised them also last time, but that didn't even bother them at the least. They absolutely don't care.
