Unacceptable delays and very, very poor service

On 4th November I received an error on my phone "not registered on the netwoek". I contacted the Customer Care line and they assured me that the sim card is in full working order but that I had to take to phone to a Vodacom Technician. The Technician could not find anything wrong and referred me to Samsung. Samsung rep**** back that there is nothing wrong with the phone but was blacklisted by Vodacom. I contacted Vodacom Customer Care line again yesterday and the lady mentioned that she has no number for the Blacklisting department and that I should email them with my concerns but she is not sure if they will be able assist and/or answer back. How unacceptable is this service!!!! Not ONE person at Vodacom could assist me but shifts the blame to the next person or department. In the meantime, I have no working phone that I PAY FOR every month.

I received an email from the Blacklisting department stating "your request has been closed" on Thursday at 14:49. To date the handset is still displaying "not registered on network". What does this feedback from Vodacom imply?
