Unacceptable!!!!
My Wife took an black Friday online deal by speaking to the online sales department on the 28th of November, vetting was done on the 29th of November, reference number ***. She was phoned on the 3rd of December at 8:13am to confirm the order and delivery address. She was told the order will be delivered in 3-5 working days. She phoned today to check up on the order staus, and she was told the order was canceled !!!!!!
