Unacceptable attitude and not helpful!
My daughter and I visited the Vodacom Services Shop in Menlyn to transfer her from my Vodacom account to her own account. All documents were submitted to Duke Louw.

On 06 January 2015 he wrote a mail to my daughter asking her to submit her marriage license as proof that her surname had changed. She only started working the next week where she has access to the internet and scanners and therefor forwarded the license on 13 January, the first day she was back at work.

She has not heard anything from Duke since then, and when she inquired from him on 13 Feb 2015 how far he has proceeded with the transfer, he sent her a snotty email, saying that he requested the certificate on the 6th January already, and that she must now redo the whole transfer!! Interesting though that he did not follow up on his emails for more than a month!

This means that my daughter's phone is still charged on my account, which I did not budget for. Apart from that my daughter is struggling with an outdated phone which she can only upgrade once she has an account of her own.

This is unacceptable, and we need Vodacom's urgent attention to rectify the matter!

My daughter's number - ***
