Unacceptable

I have been waiting for 4 months for my range extender to assist me with poor signal strength, all i get is 'we will call you when our technician is in the area' Totally unacceptable service, i have a reference number S3-8UV2R-RO1CD. Can this be resolved asap. thank you.
