Unacceptable

I would like to warn people of the incompetence from Vodacom. About 5 weeks i cancelled any dealings with vodacom regarding FIBRE. I never concluded any dealings. I then tried to take up a deal with CELL C. It has been a HELL of a mission and the reason for it is because Vodacom has still not cancelled my dealings with them!!!! They still created a billing account irrespective if i cancelled. How arrogant. Needless to say i have been embarresed and i kept on blaming CELL C whilst it is the fault of VODACOM!!!!!The service couldnt be activated bacause there is 2 accounts under my name. Dont take up fibre with VODACOM!!Service is PATHETIC.
