Unacceptable
Vodacom is really confusing me. I had a contract with you guys and I made my payment through MBD which I paid in full. I contacted u guys complaining that MBD is still deducting my money and now HP attorneys are sending me messages saying I should pay my Vodacom account whilst MBD is also deducting.
You guys then got in touch with MBD to sort out the issue,MBD contacted me via email and apologized and told me that my account was paid off though they deducted 350 extra(which is fine) I was just glad that the matter was resolved and they stopped deducting money from my account BUT now HP attorneys are still bugging me saying that I should pay the very same Vodacom account and now I've been given 10 court days to contact them.
Vodacom u need to sort this thing out,I'm tired of this now.i paid off your account

The above mentioned account is now with Hammond Pole, your last payment made to MBD end of July 2018. The account was then handed over to Hammond Pole on the 23rd of August 2018, customer must make payments to Hammond Pole.

12 Dec 2018, 11:33But I was never notified of this,you just handed it over without telling me.i was busy paying the account with MBD while Hammond Pole was breathing down my throat and this caused confusion. I'm not happy with how you did things and confused me. So unprofessional of you,only clearing this after legal action is taken against me ...damn you for the confusion
