Unacceptable
The service i received from vodacom is pathetic! I spent ours a day on the phone with them and no one was able to assist. I did a premature cancellation on my contract, paid all balances then i am notiedba month later i have another balance, which no one informed me of before. When i soend hours querying it, no one xan assist!! Unacceptable!!
