Unacceptable

In September an ********l amount was deducted on my acc by Vodacom. When I queried this it was realised that 5 new lines was opened in my name without my knowledge or autherisation. I followed Vodacom procedure and sent them an affidavit stating that I have no knowledge of this. They told me the investigation will be finished in 14 days. By the end of September tgey deducted mobey again from my account. I did a stop order and reverse. I contacted accounts who promised me my acc will not be suspended while I pay my lawfull accounts. Today my phone has been cut off after I have paid my acc. When phoning customer care they say its been resolved but I need to talk to accoubts to reactivate. This is unacceptable!!! I am losing work because I cannot contact my clients. This issue has now been hanging since 12 September 2017. It is now 23 October 2017...way past 14 days and still its not resolved and now I dont have a phone line!!
