Unacceptable!!

Since my last review where I stated that Vodacom had not met the agreed upon package or price and Vodacom responding that a consultant will contact me soon, I have not heard anything from them despite me phoning 2 more times.

They are giving me half of the data agreed on. I see this as contract breach giving me the right to call the contact null and void!

Phoning is always an issue, as you have to tell the whole story again and again and then you get transfered between consultants as no one can tell you the full story. The one consultant will say that there is no such package where the next one will say it will be activated now.

I also have not received any confirmation or statement despite asking for it multiple times.

Vodacom gives the worst service, does not follow up, has emty promises and gets away with contact breaching!!

I would not recommend Vodacom to anyone!
