Unacceptable ! !
<p>Being a vodacom customer for many years spending in excess of R3000pm I find it totally unacceptable that a premature upgrade is abruptly refused *(My profile ai'nt good enough) by Mark Peterson ( ********** ) for a phone that was ****** ~ I will indeed take all my accounts elsewhere ! ! ! BASit ( ********** 777/ ********** )</p>

After doing another inquiry via twitter I was contacted by a consultent who pleasantly told me that I qualify for an upgrade on the same account and that I could just go to a vodacom store . . .
Well thats really not good enough - A so called Manager like Mark Peterson ( 0 8 2 1 9 5 9) must apologise for his abrupt response to a reasonable request; a person in his position should know better and not act like he knows everything and insisting that my profile is not good enough and that I won't get an upgrade . . .
