Unable to unblacklist my device

I am going in circles for the past few days. I am a customer of Vodacom, on a business account, on the 29th of January 2016 my device was blacklisted. Without my permission. The device is brand new, so no previous owners. I follow all the steps, taking a day of my time. After I submit my unblacklisting request on the 31st of January, they send me a message to cal Cell-C. Which I did. Cell-C can't help me as no mobile number linked to Cell-C was ever used with the phone. I go back to vodacom and a manager helps me. He tells me things a sorted out. Four days later they tell me to contact Cell-C again. Honestly????

For me it is simple I am a Vodacom customer and they are supposed to look out for me. I did everything they required. Still no help. Now they want to send me in circles until I decide to let it go???

I do not think so!

They simple do not care if I get assisted or not. It is obviously better for them to contact Cell-C since Cell-C keeps telling me they can't assist me, which I do not understand as this is their fault to begin with.

Non the less Vodacom is still suppose to help me rather than sending me in circles. I have no idea what to do!
