Unable to take a new contract on promotional item

I approached the King Shaka airport store on 2015-02-28 for the blackberry Z30 contract for R199p/m on promotion and was vetted and approved subject to submission of documents. i informed the consultant that i will return on 2015-03-08 to complete the application with the documents as i was not in possession of the documents. When i arrived on Sunday 2015-03-08 i was told that they cannot process any contracts as the store is under renovations and I should try another store. I proceeded to the store at Phoenix plaza approx 30km away, they tried to assist me but needed dealer codes, they tried several times to contact the airport store with no luck. i phoned Vodacom direct sales and was told the same. I then drove back to the airport store and they told me that they cannot do anything or give out the dealer code as the manager can only do that and he does not work weekends i explained that the deal is ending today and it is no fault of mine that my contract cannot be processed and they refused to help me further. I again called Vodacom direct sales and was told that they cannot help me without the dealer code and could not retain the special on the contract as it expires today. <br>
