Unable to report **** or get help
I tried to report a hoax/**** on https://help.vodacom.co.za/personal/contactus/ and phone the call center to help me. But the site doesn't allow me to submit the hoax details or the call center options doesn't give my anything to report it or talk to an agent. I have now wasted more time to resolve the **** than the actual **** cost me.
