Unable to redeem talking points

On Monday 30 of November, I went into the Vodashop in Greenstone (the one opposite FNB) to redeem my 1553 talking points for a Samsung Galaxy Trend Neo Smartphone. Unfortunately, the shop assistants were unable to assist me, because they said they were out of stock. The ladies said that they would not be able to process the transaction without the product serial code. <br> I was concerned that my talking points would expire, so I asked the ladies at the store to check on iCAP to find out when my talking points would expire. The ladies at the store said, because I am a prepaid customer, they cannot check on the system. They also reassured me that my talking points would not expire. I asked them to phone the Vodcom store in Bedford centre to find out if they had stock of the Samsung Galaxy Trend Neo Smartphone and the store at Bedford Centre did not have stock either. When I checked my talking points for this month, I am now sitting at 1439 talking points and I do not qualify for the Samsung Galaxy Trend Neo Smartphone anymore. I am saddened that I no longer qualify for the device I wanted, because there was no stock at your stores in Greenstone and Bedford Centre.
