Unable to recharge with Vodacom data

Since the beginning of December I have been unable to recharge either of my numbers (cell and wifi number) with data due to some or other unknown technical error through both the *111# or Vodacom app service channels. I've been in contact with a Vodacom store, via Twitter and their social.media@vodacom channel and to this day without success or solution to my problem. I get told by operators that they cannot assist but will log queries and then escalate them but I hear nothing thereafter. I now sit with the problem where my wifi data has run out and being a top up account, I cannot recharge and cannot complete an online course I bought. I've been really patient and didn't want to resort to these mediums but what other options do you have as an individual when you have no joy from any of their support mechanisms? My situation is completely unheard of and makes no sense. There was never a problem with my account a few months ago and then suddenly I started receiving these errors via text msgs and the app that I am unable to recharge? Is this Vodacoms way of making more money out of me to charge me out of bundle rates when the data runs out on my phone specifically? It's extremely frustrating. I've been a loyal customer but that counts for nothing now? I do not want to go through the hassle of changing service providers but also don't feel it's fair to just leave this case alone since they enjoy debiting my account every month I am entitled to the service which they should provide but what happens when that service no longer serves its purpose or I do not obtain the benefit of paying for a service they cannot provide? I would appreciate urgent assistance. Please also note that once my data runs out on my phone I am then charged out of bundle rates but can't do anything about it because of this technical problem which isn't my fault.

Please assist. I have photos, emails and proof of everything I have mentioned.

Thank you. Clayton
