Unable to receive some cellc calls -number does no

The problem I complained about in December is back. Lots of cell c numbers that call me gets \the NUMBER DOES NOT EXIST"response. Previously I was told next time to call customer care and explain the fix of last time. But they just say that they can not call cellc to have the problem fixed"
