Unable to receive sms after international roaming

Good day<br> <br> I travelled to Tanzania 14-16 October and activated International sms roaming.<br> Upon return, I deactivated international sms roaming and still unable to receive smses.<br> <br> 1. I called callcentre 4x times and they changed my Message service centre address and manually activated my network - still didn't resolve<br> 2. Then on 4th time, call centre agent escalated my case to engineers and said technician will contact me in 48 hours - its been 1 week and no response!!!<br> <br> This is very frustrating!!!<br> <br> thanks<br> Natassia
