Unable to receive calls from MTN network phones

Trying again as my previous complaint on here only managed to get an automated response and nothing further, not even the promised phone call.<br> <br> For a while now I have been unable to receive calls and sms from anyone using the MTN network to my phone on the Vodacom network. I can however make calls and send sms to people with MTN.<br> <br> When a person calls me it just says: \The subscriber you have dialed is unavailable...".
