Unable to receive calls
The past 3 days I have been unable to receive calls. Just now I called the Vodacom customer service number and went through a very tedious process of talking to the AI Bot "Tobi" who ended up saying that he can not help me with my issue and I need to go to a Vodacom shop to get it resolved.
